• 2-4 hours: $812.00
• 4-8 hours: $1160.00
• Day Rate (8 hours): $1160.00
• 4 Days or more: $800.00 plus VAT
• Dinners: $1160.00
• For every additional hour after the day rate: $150.00
• Accommodation: 275 persons

• 2 hours and under: $290.00
• 2-4 hours: $580.00
• 4-8 hours: $812.00
• Day Rate: $812.00
• 4 Days and more: $600 per day plus VAT ($696 VAT Inclusive)
• For every additional hour after the the day rate $100.00
• Dinners: $812.00
• Wedding Receptions: $928.00
• Accommodation: 175 persons

NOTE: A deposit of $100.00 must be made on confirmation of your booking. A deposit will not be returned if an event is cancelled. Total payment for any function must be made before or on the day of the event. Customers will be charged for the damaging of any furniture or property.

Caterers of the event should bring along garbage bags for proper disposal of garbage generated. All garbage must be carried off the property at the end of an event. Wash up after an event is not permitted on the premises.
