Choir Ministry

“Methodism is born in song” this well-known quote found in the introduction to the 1933 Methodist Hymn Book richly captures the importance of music and singing in the Methodist tradition. Many of our congregations have Senior and Junior/Youth Choirs. The senior choir normally leads in the singing on most Sundays while the youth choir leads the singing on third Sundays. On special occasions whether in the local congregation or in the Circuit you can experience various choir combinations whether it is; the youth and senior choir, the youth choirs or the senior choirs.
